About this job
  1. Locate and monitor overdue accounts.
  2. Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail or telephone.
  3. Confer with customers by telephone about their accounts.
  4. Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
  5. Persuade customers to pay amounts due or make arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules that the Firm requirements.

  1. Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  2. Talking to others to convey information effectively.
  3. Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
  4. Managing one\\\\\\\'s own time and the time of others.
  5. Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
  6. Being aware of others\\\\\\\' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
  7. Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
  8. Bilingual a plus.

Knowledge

  1. Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  2. Administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
  3. Structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

  1. Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
  2. Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
