Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms to stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear.
  • The employee will occasionally be required to lift, stand, stoop and make use of safety approved stools and step ladders to reach high shelves.
  • Requires the ability to lift 8 to 10 pounds repeatedly and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.



  • Process incoming requests for files
  • Use MS Excel and Access database tools to determine file location
  • Deliver files throughout the office
  • Physically locate files not found in the fileroom database
  • Research Oracle database for missing files
  • Process and reshelf files being returned to the fileroom
  • File incoming documents into respective files
  • Close files no longer in Litigation
  • Send closed files to offsite storage facility
  • Keep up with general organization of files in the fileroom
