Duties

  • Complete payroll of 350+ employees
  • Prepare and process Payroll Status Change Forms
  • Process Job Requisition Forms
  • Conduct New Hire and Benefit Orientation
  • Update and Maintain job postings on company Intranet and with employment/staffing agencies
  • Process, file, and maintain personnel records
  • Participates in the development, application and decision-making in HR policies and procedures
  • Process exit termination paperwork and interviews
  • Process Verification Of Employment (VOE) letters
  • Collaborate with managers/supervisors in the application of established laws and policies as they relate to employee relations
  • Prepare monthly personnel reports for management
  • Maintain organizational charts and salary structure
  • Assist management with annual salary budget
  • Maintain StafFiles
  • Process FMLA paperwork
  • Maintain recordkeeping of employee benefits, compensation, employment, leaves of absence to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and according to company policy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employment/staffing agencies
  • Prepare first report of injury forms
  • Organize/Assist with company events
  • Coordinate management and employee training
  • Conduct and Present Open enrollment meetings for Dental, Vision, Medical & Supplemental benefits
